This Referral Policy is an integral part of Cryptex Miner’s Terms of Service. By participating in the Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this policy as well as the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not take part in the Referral Program.
1.1. Referrers receive a 10% commission on the value of all eligible plan purchases made by their referred users (“Referrals”).
1.2. Commissions are credited as Referral Balance inside the referrer’s Cryptex Miner account.
1.3. The Referral Balance may be used exclusively for purchasing Cryptex Miner mining plans.
1.4. Withdrawals, cash-outs, or transfers of the Referral Balance are not permitted.
2.1. Commissions are earned only on plan purchases made by Referrals.
2.2. Commissions are not earned on deposits, wallet top-ups, sign-up bonuses, promotional credits, or internal account transfers.
3.1. New users may receive a sign-up or promotional bonus from Cryptex Miner.
3.2. These bonuses are for the user’s personal use only and do not generate referral commissions.
3.3. Abuse of the bonus system (e.g., fake accounts or self-referrals) will result in forfeiture of referral earnings and may lead to termination from the program.
4.1. All commissions are stored in the user’s Referral Balance.
4.2. The Referral Balance can only be used to purchase Cryptex Miner mining plans.
4.3. The Referral Balance cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency, or transferred to another account.
4.4. The Referral Balance does not earn interest or additional rewards.
5.1. Participants may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to generate commissions.
5.2. Use of misleading, fraudulent, or spam-based advertising is strictly prohibited.
5.3. Participants may not misrepresent Cryptex Miner or its services in any way.
5.4. All referral activities must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.
6.1. Cryptex Miner reserves the right to review and audit referral activity at any time.
6.2. We may withhold or reverse commissions in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of this policy.
6.3. Cryptex Miner may modify or terminate the Referral Program at its sole discretion.
6.4. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
